if the mrs wouldnt go truely mental, and I wasnt so landlocked, i could have that ready for my retirement!
 
Shame no one wants to restore her....but she's a big boat, fire damaged, 'a few deck beams', located in Scotland. Not a lot going for her. Don't get me wrong I've a 6 ton Hillyard (restored) and I hate to see any wooden boat lost. Guess a few thousand pen blanks would be better than the big bonfire.
 
Just hope my daughter doesn't see that when she's working over there, or it would probably be something else to park in Dad's garden and needing Dad's workshop....
 
There is also a railway station (Lustleigh on Dartmoor) that was closed down in 1963 (Beeching) and it was wooden and cut up with a chain saw and left in situ. So if you would like some Jarrah and can use a handsaw the timbers were 10 x 2's
