How many others is she upsetting ? She needs retraining, if only to engage her brain before she speaks !.

Scotland will have its own NHS Constitution - but it won't be that different except for the title.

Sorry to hear that.

You should definitely complain. Most NHS hospitals have friends & family test forms to fill in for feedback. (anonymously)

Or contact the hospital PALS (Patient And Liaisons Service) to bring it to their attention.

Do nothing and she blunders on upsetting others. Maybe she can't see how hurtful she can be?

Did you try out the Microsoft speech recognition I suggested?
