100mm to 2.5inch adator

and this hose (CKV250-100 2.5 Inch Standard Tool Kit) : http://www.recordpower.co.uk/category/2 ... ccessories

I'm trying to connect the hose directly to the port on the extractor. Unfortunately, none of the adators that come with the kit are any use. So I ordered one of these hoping to do the job.

But neither end of the adaptor fits. The larger end doesn't fit the extractor, and the smaller end is too small for the hose

But I can't see any other adatpor that would do what I want? Any one have any ideas? or how I could make my own?

If I was going to make my own, I would still need to be able to pull the hose off the extractor as I interchange hose sizes
