    Pressure Washer

    Not quite woodwork, but has anyone had a problem with a pressure washer in that it 'oscillates'. Instead of running at constant speed & pressure, the motor speeds up and slows down at a frequency of around 2 Hz Any cures ? Stefan

    Savings buying sawn timber ?

    I make the odd piece of furniture, cabinets or sideboards in ash, elm or similar. PAR is expensive so considering purchasing planer thicknesser to convert sawn. (The Sheppach 260 looks good). Require 3/4" thick stock, so 1" thick sawn sufficient ? Not used p/t before, so not sure what sawn...

    Slipping Sander Sheets

    I have an old Bosch PS 230 orbital sander. Recently, it no longer grips sanding sheets tight enough on spring clamps resulting in sheet twisting at an angle off the pad.     Changing Planer Blades
