    Hmm sounds bad news to me using an old drive that you have just lying around. But there again it depends what you data is actually worth. How about using DVd's if you don't have to much data. Most home PC's come with a DVD writer and blanks are only pence. :wink:

    I would give Talk Talk a wide berth as they bought OneTel who's CS was really bad. :cry: I can say the above with the greatest of confidence as I worked in one of OneTels UK call centres and was sacked for doing my job right and actually caring. GRRR enough said :)

    Confused By Choice

    Thanks for your help. Rexon do not even list a scroll saw on their UK website and Screwfix have stopped selling it, so in the end I bought a SIP. It takes pin and plain blades but you do have to use an allen key to change the blades :cry: I'll have to see about getting some wing nuts/ bolts...

    Hi All, Guess what looking to buy my 1st scroll saw but totally lost in what is good and what is rubbish. Read a lot on this site but still none the wiser as to what a good first purchase would be. I understand that the more you pay usually you get a better machine but hey you need to start...
