    i think ha has a lot of woodworking skill ,ie his boat building but i think the tv bosses got him to do a woodwork for dummies program i know a bloke who would'nt know which end of a hammer to hold !! so for a laugh i bought him an IKEA tool set :twisted:

    you can only fix it with the two holes in the outer plate but more fool you for buying such a rubbish router i would'nt wee on a Trend router if it was on fire ( even if it was't unpluged )

    you can't go wrong with the Bosch 12V Max Litheon Cordless Drill/Drivers for the size they are fantastcaly powerfull and i use it for my work highly recomended :!:

    you have made a nice display cabinet for a great tool collection how many of your collection have you used ? i would love to buy the whole set of lie nielson chisels but i have bought the 1/8 . 3'8 . 1" so i find it hard to believe you use the whole set :roll:

    a mate at work just got one of these http://www.bosch-pt.co.uk/boptocs2-uk/P ... t_id=11598 and the angle drive version both for £140 AWSOME kit i was very supprised by the power for such a small unit , i will be getting the "Cordless Drill/Driver GSR 10.8 V-LI" soon

    you could look arond local cabinet makers to see if they have a wide belt feed through sander ( like wot we got at work ) ours goes from 40 grit to 220 on the 40 i can take oak down by .8mm

    never tried wood turning before, even though my dad has had a lathe for at least 25 years ( a coronet major) the thought of the wood spinning at high speed and introducing a large chisel to it scared the poo out of me but i have bought a new chisel for work costing £57 so i was not going to...
