I'm not sure if there's any wax on it right now. I certainly didn't put any on myself but I suppose it might have come from the factory with wax+oil. How would you go about getting the wax off?

What's wenge like to work with for a pen? I almost bought a piece from Craft Supplies a few days ago but I was worried it would splinter all over the place. They look great those, especially the Wenge.
