    Long story short a little lady brought us an ice cream when on holiday a few years back. As she's visiting Marck with her husband this weekend I've made this as a thank you gift. The bowl red cedar candle holder cypree and beech for the smelly stick holder.

    Lid top designs though I would try reverse sizing a lid top handle with acacia and a walnut branch.the walnut branch had a soft pith so dealt with that using super glue sawdust and a small green glass bead.     Nice learning experience today with what I think is african puauk (ta J-G) had problems where the heart wood meet the sap wood even when I'd finished and removed the bowl of the home made jam chuck i found two small pieces gone from the rim. Tris if you reading this I'd already half turned this...
