Hi guys i'm really struggling, i'm making some french doors using a freud rail and stile set, I have cut the profie on the sides of the rails which are 600mm long. I keep the same setup in the router table (cutter at the same height etc) but as I run the long stile through the cut is always off...
Hi all - its been a while since i've been here.. need some advice.
I have a makita 3612 mounted in a jessm routalift. Every time i put a half inch shanked cutter in it it gets stuck - So tight I have to hammer on the lock nut to release it.
Am i doing something wrong? any ideas?

Guys I am making a replacement window for a friend. The original has very thin sash bar. I have seen the sash bar set (CMT) in axminster but its expensive and the profile is too thick on the moulded side..
Any Ideas on other cutters, techniques for making the bar? How do I cut the negitave...

morning guys.. I have been thinking about saw gaurds latley, espicially on my table and radial saw. My radial (a freebe dewalt 1251) has no gaurd at all and when using my scheppach ts2500 TS (which i have to say is a fine piece of kit) I often have to remove the crown gaurd to maximise cutting...
