    KIty618 table saw with slipping belt

    I have a Kity 618 table saw ( says 10618 on machine, but pics online of same all say 618) and the drive belt is clearly loose so little power is being delivered to the blade. Can anyone advise how to adjust it as I cannot see how to get to the belt?
