    Yes this is standard contact adhesive. It is "Pattex original" I do not know if you can also buy it in the UK. This works really well with it

    I think the white is a nice contrast and the painted finish turned out quite well. the drawer slides are from "Blum" and together they cost €40. I'm sorry if I do not understand everything correctly and write wrong I do not come from UK
