    Don’t think that plastic thing Bosch provide for their sanders is of any value at all … pity, the sander itself is pretty good.

    Hi I’m sure some of you must have had this issue before - I cobbled together my fairly limited dust extraction system a few months ago and it’s been working fine, but I was involved in a fairly lengthy sanding session getting my shed ready for repainting when the 30 litre container collapsed...

    Paint the shed time

    Just starting to clean off the wood at the bottom of the shed damaged by splash back - started sanding it back to apply varnish later but so far I can’t get get rid of the discolouration (or at least very very slowly). Any hints or tips to speed up the process? Or is it down to very dusty, too...

    3 in 1 oil

    I’m about 3 drops away from emptying a tin of 3 in 1 I bought about 25 years ago (a little goes a long way)and has survived 4 house moves - so I’m a little concerned to hear what you say - any good alternative (with working tops)?
