It is great and is cast iron since it weighs a ton! The belt is really quite small, it's only 170mm long and very thin.

Hi, I bought this planer second hand from an auction and it works really well except that the belt that runs the wheel to extract the sawdust etc is stretched and twisted so I need to find a new one but I have no idea who makes it or where I can get a new belt from? Any ideas? Many thanks
