I would absolutely buy those threads gauges if I could find them! I do think it’s 10, 11, or 12 tpi though

It seems that the nut for your saw may indeed fit but it looks like they’re not made any more either!

Making progress on this setup now and really pleased with how it’s going. I got a bunch of reclaimed melamine faced MDF (18mm) so going with that now. Also got a makita tracksaw which I absolutely love! This pic is a couple of weeks old so we’re much tidier now!!! Tomorrow I’ve got the router...

The Smirdex Mesh pads and discs from ebrasives are the bee’s knees IMO I rate them better than the 3M for what it’s worth

Ironically the Laguna f2 is a $1300 that is £2300 over here after a quick look at the website. I’d still sell my left nut for one though

Got to be honest, I’m still saving but I wanted to tentatively ask if anyone is selling their corded makita tracksaw for a decent price? I’m currently saving to get one from screwfix, but if I can save a wedge every penny counts!
