    If you have only hand tools, looks like the option is to plane them? Or cut with angled saw cut and plane to finish? (Scale is hard to be clear on from the photo so the latter may be more or less viable).

    A tack cloth? Like this Starchem Water Based Tack Cloths - (10) I have avoided micro fibre for this job as they aren’t necessary lint free. You could get linen/cotton lint free rags if you’re not looking for a tack cloth

    I am an amateur, I can get accurate cuts from a track saw and MFT. I don’t have a hinge. I note for many years Peter delivered custom cabinetry without significant table saw use. Given you mention you haven’t used your existing setup much, perhaps start and see if you need it?
