    they were unplugged and in the storage bag I suspect the mouse was looking for something tasty to go with the stolen peanuts it has stashed in there, these are not your ordinary house mice that I have but the sneaky harder to catch and cute so you feel sorry for them wood mice.

    thanks for the warning my revitive came with tens pads but a mouse ate them but as not using them havent bothered to replace yet.

    I must check my mover when I get home as the original engine had a drain plug but no easy to use dipstick as it was a screwed in plug but a few years ago I replaced it and the new engine has the plastic filler/dipstick so will have to look under to see if they removed the drain plug to pay for...

    The air filter is supposed to be covered in oil looks like a brand new engine that has never been run if there was oil in the engine it would show on the dipstick and the drain plug is at the bottom of the engine alongside the output shaft

    in Australia there is a stainless version made that will work on induction hotplates but costs a fortune to get one imported, but I've found the aluminium gets it's shine back with some Mothers polish.

    I recently ordered some miniature es bulbs for a Grundig radiogram from Germany and delivery was 3 days far better than the estimated 1 to 2 weeks but this was through ebay and the vat and customs clearance now required all done via your eBay account.

    I find on a lot of jobs you can't get the precision required with the std container so most of the oil gets decanted into needle tip bottle saves a lot of mopping up excess oil.

    I have just seen this Record gnome is up for auction at an estimated £30 - £40 and wondered if anybody has had experience of them, do they help or hinder in the workshop? or are alternative gnomes better value?
