    How to charge old Black + Decker 18V A9277 drill batteries

    Hi I have a couple of B+D drills which use the old A9277 18V batteries. The charger no longer works and I'd like to obtain a replacement but have had no luck sourcing one. The old charger output is 21.75V 210 - 230 mA. Any advice please.
