A more accurate description would say that they sell the same things under their brand name that many others (Excel, Lumberjack, Axminster, for example) sell 7nder their brand names at prices which are sometimes higher, sometimes lower, depending on whose got a deal on. Hardly any (maybe none)...

I have the Excel, which is the same product with a different badge on it. It's been reliable and worked well with 1/4" and 1/2" bits. The only weakness I've found so far is the user (i.e. me)

Cheap ones can be pretty accurate, but quality control is such that it's a matter of luck whether you get the good ones. Any decent espresso machine will produce as much coffee as you want; you may have to spend a little setup time at the outset to get the volume & strength you want (although some don't even need that). But if you like instant coffee, stick with it. No reason to change just because some people...

If the coffee has substance, that's plenty. I use a Sage espresso machine (or occasionally a Mocha pot or cafetière) and very fresh beans. Two cups a day satisfies.

Yup Espresso's a special case. Everything else is a different method of doing what you do.
