Well in the end I have gone for the JessEm Ultimate router table with router. It's going to be a present from my family for my 60th Birthday. Ringing Monday to pay for it and get an ETA. Thank you all for the help and advice.

Tried phoning a couple of times and e-mailing Woodworkers Workshop but no reply so I may go for the UJK at Axminster with the lift.
