    Suck and blow compressors?

I'm trying to pick my words carefully here, but is there a small compressor that could be used for brad nailers and veneer vacuums? I have both needs and no space Ta.

    Inca table saw blades

Hi. I've been using my Inca universal table saw after a re-build and I need a new blade. The blades are 160x15mm which is just the wrong side of odd. I can't find 20mm to 15mm reducer rings and the saw also uses a cupped flange making reduction ring a bit iffy.16mm more holes are pretty common...

    Buying my first plane.

Yeah, it's a nice little plane. Just used it to finish a scrap wood mini workbench that has been sitting around for weeks waiting to be planed.

    Buying my first plane.

Slightly left field choice but at £30 on Amazon I couldn't say no. I've been intrigued by Ulmia table saws so I'm looking forward to putting this odd fella to work.

I have the option to buy this LA veritas for a good price but the owner said he hit a shotgun pellet with it, hence the marking. Will it cause problems in everyday use?

    Buying my first plane.

I keep hearing good things about the Quangsheng planes which I'm assuming is the same as Wood River. Maybe my second plane will be Chinese but for now, i think I'll dip my toe in for around the 50 -70 quid mark. It's good to flesh all of this out as my list for potential planes is now...

    Buying my first plane.

Many thanks for all of the advice. I have a stanley bailey no 4 in pieces and missing a yoke so I've ordered a spare. It has a repaired crack but it should be useable. I certainly wouldn't have bought it in that state but it will be interesting to see how useful it is. I like the idea of going...

    Buying my first plane.

Morning all. I need advice on the best all round plane to get for general furniture and box making duties. My only experience of planes is a Black and Decker electric, an Inca jointer which is not running yet and a thing from Wickes that acts more like a plough. I'm tempted by lots of shiny...

    Inca planers?

Morning all. I'm currently planing my workshop and have been buying various bits of kit to go in it. I managed to get a Startrite Inca combination machine that has an Inca Universal table saw and an Inca jointer/planer like this one.. I'm going to be quite short of space so was wondering if...

    Which Noise cancelling ear defenders?

I have the bowers and wilkins px5 and have had Bose quiet comfort II's. The sound on the px5 is far superior to the Bose but the Bose are way more comfortable. The PX5 are heavier and get a bit sweaty in the heat.

    Barnsley Workshop Chair?

Hi. I love this rocker by James Ryan for the Barnsley Workshop but at £28000 - yes - £28000! it's a bit out of my price range. I'd like to know what the carving effect is called so I can see if I can find some more affordable pieces or even make something in that style.
