In the end i just made my own i cut a half circle of ply wood and bolted it to the top part of the guard, it works ok and wasnt hard to make i,ll take a picture when i get home and post it for you

I had a zag and broke it so i emailed the company as i couldnt find a supplier anywhere (got mine from wickes a good few years ago) and i was told the machine that makes them caught fire so they no longer make them and there was no plans to make anymore in the future

Hi tom i agree with roger put every thing you can on wheels also you havnt shown any tool storage and believe me my workshop is the same size and i just seem to gather tools now i have to shift things every time i need to do something, in the 2 years ive had the workshop ie moved things round...

I dont know a supplier but you could try freecycle in your area ask for someones old cot and you can use the fittings off that, just google freecycle
