Can a mobile base for a bandsaw have just 2 wheels?

I basically welded cornersteel around the base that came with it. I have two of those turnable 3 inch wheels with rubber tires but the floor in workshop is quite bumpy and rough so I'm leaning towards the 4 wheels... 2 turnable and two non-turnable. Maybe I am wrong but... Wouldn't it be more...

Can a mobile base for a bandsaw have just 2 wheels?

So the wheels should be on the back side?

Can a mobile base for a bandsaw have just 2 wheels?

Greetings my friends, I've just bought a new bandsaw and using1/4" thick corner steel I've welded it a base. the thing weighs roughly 70 kg and each wheel has a 50kg weight rate but I have a problem... I only have two wheels and I can't buy two more right now so I was wondering if I could/should...

I think this brand has something to do with another one called femi. Is it it good or should I steer away from it?

I can't even get Germans to ship here and there are no tools in the used market that aren't industrial. That's the issue. Not a lot of Portuguese have hobbies.

    New Bandsaw

Finally managed to track down a company here in Tugaland(Portugal) that would sell me the Scheppach basa 3.0 vario 800w and they asked something like 1000€. In England they're being sold by close to 600 the hell is wrong with this country?

If you have the space and the three phase capacity here's a steal Serra de fita Margaride (Santa Eulália), Várzea, Lagares, Varziela E Moure • OLX Portugal

I suspect you're speaking of the starite 352. Unfortunately that's out of my budget. I meant 800 euros

By the way I discovered why there isn't a representative here in Portugal. Apparently there's a company called Cevik that basically is responsible for Scheppach sales here in Spain and Portugal. Strange thing is I visited their site and the closest model they have at cevik is a Scheppach...

I've emailed them through 3 sources. Let's see what comes up. Hope that at least they should answer.

What motor does it have? That's precisely what I need but I can't find anywhere in Europe that'll sell it to Portugal.

Well, nothing wider than 80 cm will get into my workshop. I do cut curves and sometimes thicker stuff but if it's very big I'll always have a friend who to ask for help (has a huge Midas one)

I think I would be well with the Cevik CP28-194C, makita band saw lb1200f(but I've been reading they shake a lot) or the Scheppach Basa 3.0 (which I can't find anyone that sells it to Portugal)

    New Bandsaw

I know. That's what worries me and though I can probably find one of those enormous old monsters of bandsaws and restore it to work. Moving it in my workshop would be prohibitive.
