I've been trying to find a manual for the Kity 626 spindle moulder in English. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction please.

As mentioned by Doug, I think you'd be best sticking it down. We've used this quite a lot, works well and goes off quickly, you could skew a brad through the edge of the boards into the chipboard every two or three rows to hold them in place as the adhesive sets. It's available in tubs too but...

I would send them a copy of the Whitmores quote and ask them to justify their price, put them on the spot.

I use a 12" Bosch GDL and I don't remember ever having that problem with depth of bevel cuts on the right. It's not often I use that bevel but I'm sure I would have noticed.

You could save time and money by buying ready made cabinets and fit birch ply as 'end panels' either side and bottom. You can make the mdf doors and use concealed hinges to make them look like they're inset.

Dewalt boxes are sturdy and you can get them with trays, not expensive either

As Porker says, make sure you do a final pass hard against the edge, also make sure that your clamps are square to the surface and not pulling the jig slightly off line when tightened

Have you got a Huws Gray Ridgeons builders merchants near you? I get my birch ply through them, good price and quality

I've used them quite often. Never had any problems and usually good prices too.

Definitely OSB3, you can get in 8x2 tongue and groove sheets to make handling easier

Reckless? I've fitted hundreds of doors with this jig, 3 fully adjustable openings to suit any size hinge, cuts exact recess in the lining to match. It's paid for itself many times over.

Don't have one of those but on mitre saws it's generally the fence that's adjustable not the turntable.

It does sound like the damp is coming through the brickwork, even if the pointing looks ok it could still be loose enough to let water past. We had something similar on a job a few years ago. After repointing we 'painted it ' with Stormdry protection cream and that solved the problem. I doubt...

Looking for some advice on a chip extractor for an old Record P/T that I've picked up. I read on here somewhere that the Fox 842 is good value but I think it mentioned a problem with filters (can't find the post) Has anyone got one of these and would recommend them? Thanks
