I have a 10mm*145mm*1500mm piece of rosewood that I need cut up into various pieces for stock for a box making project. I don't fancy cutting it myself then having to square and plane everything by hand. Does anyone know of any individuals or companies that offer this service in the Dorset area...
I've got a piece of elm burl veneer that i plan to use on a jewellery box I'm making. The veneer is understandably littered with pin holes. I plan to french polish with shellac as a finish. Does anyone have any advice on what I could use to fill the pinholes.
