    In case it's of interest, this was my solution to fitting castors. The jacks use RH and LH 20mm trapezoidal thread.

    Cooksley 24" Bandsaw Project

    Wadkin 12" BAO/S Planer Thicknesser Project

    Acquired this machine a few weeks ago. Early eighties version. Machine No. 12"BAO/S 825347. Nice clean example with original paintwork. I need to convert it to run on 240v single phase supply and change the cutterblock to a Shelix spiral one.

    Running 12" BAO/S Planer Thicknesser with inverter drives

    Does anyone have any experience or advice on this? I'm thinking of buying one but I only have a single phase supply. According to the manual, the cutterblock motor is a 3hp Brook motor. Not sure if you can change to Delta phase connection in the terminal box, or not. If not, it means opening...
