    New Lumberjack drum sander

I'm also interested in the outcome of this. Can't find any reviews at all. What I have noticed is the stupid square/rectangular extraction outlet. Might be fine for their bag, not great for proper extraction - though having a 3d printer will help me get round that. I have concerns that the...

Considering dipping toe into 3d printing so what do you think of this one?

As far as I'm concerned Creativity are a no go, cutting costs to deliver poorer quality versions. Are you looking at printing in ABS/ASA? PLA doesn't require an enclosure but ABS/ASA will. There's also Bambu Lab P1S @ £639 is you don't add the AMS (TBH I'd buy with it) if you need enclosed...

    Domino-ooh-ooo

Went into the workshop today and they were actually pretty hard to get out. Is there some initial compression going on either with the dominos or the mortices (just after making them) ?

    Which CNC Router?

Sainsmart ProverXL 4030 v2 has closed loop motors. I think I'd go for closed loop where possible.

    Domino-ooh-ooo

After fighting with myself for a long time I finally splurged on a tool for myself, DF500. Everything is really good, it's a great tool and it's speeded up my workflow quite dramatically. I'll even pretend that at first, when I couldn't get it to plunge at all, it wasn't down to me forgetting...

Found UJK parf mkII & INCRA joinery (super) system

Parf guide Mk 1 is fine. Not sure who is complaining about it being flimsy. Presumably your Dewalt increases power depending on how much you pull the trigger, given my cheap Ryobi one does it. I don't see the MK II being hugely different with the rulers. I have a MK 1 it's fine.

    Heads up.....

Android users can turn this off. Search for 'Emergency' in settings disable them. Or don't. I mean the whole point is that you get to know about the "End of Days" as the same time as your friends and neighbours.

    Paying to have an argument

You'll have to clarify if you mean the people who think that services should be publicly owned or you mean the people that think the should be privately owned but given public money. Both are socialism, but they're opposing sides.

New Workshop - Down Lighters or Light Fittings

I bought a pack of 5 led panels and built a frame for a set of 3 and a set of 2. The difference between the standard fluorescent tubes and these 5 panels is startling ( Non Shadow Ceiling LED Panel Light Daylight Lighting for Workshop Garage Office | eBay ) - it's a bright as daylight and I...
