    “Forbidden”. Hope ‘she’ gets to forbid things that you would like to do but that she doesn’t enjoy too. Also, why are you proud that there is a tv programme that you don’t like? Pointless to you perhaps but, guess what, they don’t make the schedules purely based on your likes.

    Well, I’m a cyclist and I can see merit in all these points of view. I live in rural Devon and cyclists cause a lot of problems. On narrow, single carriageway, national speed limit A roads cyclists can cause long queues of traffic at 10mph or so which can be very dangerous. People get impatient...

    You must have a very old radio. Test match special is only on long wave, they broadcast their normal schedule on FM. My van (2009) doesn’t even have LW. I doubt anyone likes everything that is broadcast on tv/radio. Luckily there are other channels…

    What was your favorite sweets when you were a nipper

    Yeah but they changed the recipe sometime in the 80s. I used to love them, then they were ‘new recipe, best ever’ and that was it. Never had one since trying a couple at the time. Just not the same.

    4? It was 3 for me. BBC 1, BBC 2 and ITV. None of that new fangled Channel 4. I wonder how they came up with that name.
