I hoped someone would say that. The more I look into this the more I think the pin-end blade is to blame. Thanks for not being one of the 'send it back to the shop' brigade :)

I'd like to try to get this one tuned up so it works right. If everyone just took it back to the shop each time there was a bit of a problem then quality control would be a thing of the past. :) Thank you for the advice though.
