you could just buy the metal bar that runs in the slot, or buy a complete mitre fence assembly for that machine..

If your machien is the HMS260 ci version, the ones after the HMS260 steel tables and before the HMS2600 ci cast iron tables, then it is probably the little yellow feed roller belt (part number 05012111) that is slipping or stretched or worn. If you check the tension as shown in your instruction...

Hi there from NMA, you are correct that only the earth is marked as it does not matter which way round the other leads go into. So long as you wire in the earth correctly, the other 2 can go in either side. replacement plugs are available if you need them , part number 61014102. cheers
