Thanks for that Marcros, Oil Based Gel Stain could be the answer, after a v.quick look online I reckon the stain would go on ok (after a light sanding so it takes better) but does anyone know if I could then apply the Fiddes Oil over the top of the Gel Stain? Anyone else have any other options...
