Hi all I am trying to fix my collet to my router I put the spring in first,then the inner part of the collet and then the nut, i press the locking mechanism and try to tighten but the thing keeps jumping out when I tighten ! any ideas before I launch it into the skip ?

I have been chasing a lump of cast iron for twelve months im beginning to think I will never find one . :(

Looking to make a set of draws , but never used this stuff Before so any tips would be great .

Hi Marcos thanks for the link and I had looked at that before,to be honest I am looking for someone who is maybe not a master craftsman but maybe self taught and has the skills now to pass on and can benefit financialy from that experience. mick
