Has anyone fitted a Wixey digital height gauge to a Planer/Thicknesser? I’m picking up a Record Power PT260 and am thinking about fitting one. All the YouTube videos I’ve seen are fitted to either a Planer or a Thicknesser and not a combined unit. Cheers.

Can anybody out there give me some advice on dial gauges? I have been looking at various types, some meteric, some imperial. Reading my table saw books, they recomend a tolerance of 1/1000 of an inch for arbour run out, but what is that in meteric? Cheers guys, Dicky
