If you posted on somewhere like the FOG the Americans are totally obsessed with Festool, You can't say a bad word about there products.. The Mafell are a lot better, i have had both.....They are quicker, easier, more accurate (don't need to check with a straight edge), splinter strip does not keep falling off, you can clamp the rail closer to the cutting edge... John...

I have not seen the hilti clamps close up, so they might fit the Mafell john

For the Mafell saw only the Mafell and I'm 95% sure the Bosch clamps will work..The Festool, Makita and Dewalt etc will not work, the bar which slides in to the rails is a lot thicker.. The cheapest clamps (for Festool etc) seem to be the Hilti ones, about £7 each.. John....

The Bosch GKS65 is not the Bosch plunge saw, so why are people comparing it to the Festool etc????? The Bosch plunge saw is the BOSCH GKT55CE.. Which looks the same as the Mafell saw, so i would go for one over the Festool... I have owned the Dewalt, Festool and Mafell plunge saws.. I kept...
