Hi all I am looking for a company/workshop that could help me plane down some beech planks from 35 to 30mm. I have a thickness planer, but neighbours are complaining, so thought it might be easier to just get these 15 planks prepared somewhere else, and just do the sawing and jointing at...

Got asked to design a bed for a kinkster... this is what I came up with: Mattress is 200x180, and height to the top is 180. Now to get sign-off, and start building :cool:

First time making sliding dovetails with the router table... Not perfect, but the mistakes are hidden :cool: It's a small (18 x 14 cm) shelf for a friend for her pot plant... Just needs a sanding, and she wants it stained white, so that's the next steps before installing on Sunday.

Finally had time to unpack mine, and I'm one of the lucky ones... nothing bent, nothing broken, and as far as I can tell, nothing missing (but that will only be confirmed when I actually assemble it)

I have one of those, and it is a useful machine, but I miss a proper disc sander, as the Triton's belt surface is sometimes just not high enough, which is a bit of a problem... When I grow up (if ever) I want a proper disc and belt sander :cool:

Am building a frame for my new MFT top, and am wondering whether the top needs more support (lateral struts?), or whether it will be enough to prevent sagging? (Obviously the frame will sit under the top ;))

And smell like walnuts? ;)

Yeah, tried everything, even installed the app, no updates, and all of a sudden, hey presto, knock on the door, and I have my saw!

XDP has a really rubbish tracking system... No updates on whether they actually tried to deliver, and now just giving me the message " This consignment is out for delivery and should be with you between N/A " 😖

Sorry, but just want all to stop bickering... :cool: The world as we know it is dung enough, no need to let that flow through to a forum like this...
