    Pro shop MDF edge sanding.

Just wondering on forum users methods for preparing MDF edges for painting. I currently use a celulose based sealer, which I spray apply, then hit it with the RO, with very good results, however not the quickest of ways. Does anyone use an edgsander? worth the 6k price tag?

So I have a few days spare coming up for the CNC router, and was wondering if there would be any interest in either an 8 x 4 or 10 x 5 sheet of MFT MDF routed out to form one big sheet of MFT then you could cut to what ever size you required. I know several people have wanted to make there own...
