    Oak Veneered Ply wood or Mdf

    I am building some new wardrobes and shelving. I would like to building it in some nice Oak veneered mdf or plywood. I have a couple of questions. Thickness - 18mm or larger (different for doors?) Where is the best place to buy and possibly pre cut - I am based near Newport (Wales)

    Dust extraction advice for mitre saw....

    Now i know these are rubbish for dust extraction (I have the Bosch Glide Saw)....But my question is. Is it better to have it connected to a vac? or directly to my main dust extractor?

    Dust cyclone set up

    I was under the impression that a cyclone would also improve suction ? Maybe i should have said more efficient, assuming i get the set up correct. Some of my issues are clogging up the current extractor with large chipping/shaving.
