    good write up mate. as you say there is very little between the two. i think only time will tell, once its had a bit of abuse, droped, knocked and scraped. it was good to use and as you sayed feels lighter than the PL. i think a review of this thead in about 3-4 months would be good idea...

    agree with the two of you, it is good to see the tools in the flesh and be able to compare them. however, as you say judder, by the time you pay for your ticket, parking and travel its not long in adding up. the least they can do is come and go a bit on the price of thing, but there was none...

    table saw rip fence

    i would recomend the scheppach 2010. its a great saw, light enough to move about and accurate as well. its also powerfull for its size. my only gripe about the saw is the mitre guide, it seems to move about a little in the t track on which it runs. if i had to buy mine again i would NOT get...

    thats a good price, the best i can find it at is £189. would be interested to hear if anyone has one. like yourself george space is a big issue. it looks neat enough that u could put it in a cupboard when not in use. cheers scotty

    id go with taffy, toyota hilux surf. 5 people no probs 4.8m length in it with back window down 4x4 good for towing pick one up very reasonable big boot for tools more like a car than a commercia cheers yotasurf

    out of interest, do you get much smoke from these burners when they are going.? i stay in a smoke free zone, but would be tempted to get one to burn through the night during the winter. cheers scott
