nice bowl and well finished

I use the resin bought in car shops for adding to glassfibre,then add spirit stain or other dye to it,once set i turn it as normal for bowl/spindle turning,the only thing I`ve found is to be careful when sanding as the resin is harder that the wood mostly,cheers, Eric.

Definately a Craft Supplies toolrest,and as the others have said its for making a bowl out of flat boards,if you don`t want to end up with a conical shape,make the rings wider,then you can the shape you want,cheers, Eric.

if you get some Micro Mesh pads and sand up to 12.000 with them then use burnishing cream,you`ll get a finnish like glass,even if hand sanded,cheers, Eric.
