Parallel guides compatible with Mafell track saw mt55

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3828010 If you seaarch either Thingiverse or Printables, you'll find a few other versions. I'll see if I can post a photo later. I do have to agree with other comments though, as I've only used mine twice since I made them. They might be more useful if you need...

    Router Help.

Well, the bearing has to run against the template, so that solves that question. Template top or bottom? I guess that largely depends on how you're able to attach the template to the workpiece. I've always worked on the principle that the side the cutter is cutting away from should be the...

Parallel guides compatible with Mafell track saw mt55

Benchdogs system is well engineered, but you'd have to ask them if it's compatible with Mafell. Benchdogs I have their rail square, which works well, but I have a home-made pair of parallel guides which is made with 3D printed parts and seems to work quite well.

Latest thing you have printed / machined / cut

Perhaps try a thin Dremel type cutoff wheel? It may raise a burr, but silver is relatively soft, so should be easy to tidy up. One alternative might be to silver solder the ends together, but you'd need to be very accurate with wire length and there may be more cleanup involved.

    Charging lithium battery

What is the load on your battery? If you look at the discharge curves, you'll see that at 12V, the battery is almost fully discharged - the occasional discharge to your quoted '10 point something Volts' won't harm that type of battery, but it's a good idea not to do that on a regular basis...

Repositioning lights on trailer lighting board - wiring advice?

Yes, your wiring assumptions appear to be correct. I'll also second LambCrafter's concern that the lights you're planning to use will show too much white light to the rear - probably easy enough to fix with the application of a little black tape.

Advice on hand rivit guns please to try and fix my Star Wars Prep. Cant snap stems and need way to much strenght to set on delicate prop

As you've discovered, superglue (CA) doesn't work very well on plastics. I've found these two glues to work well on hard plastics and will subject your parts to far less stress than using pop rivets - Plastic glue - Another

    Mitre saw stand

It looks to me that the clamps are fitted the wrong way round - AFAIK, the moving part of the clamp goes to the back of the saw, not the front. Try turning the saw round on the clamps.

Anyone got a Record Sabre 350 / 450 bandsaw or know the type and size of the slots ?

Sorry for delay - rain stopped play. :) Mitre slots are 19.2 x 10mm. The mitre gauge I bought is the 'Incra Miter 1000' - being totally honest, I find it to be a little on the large side for the table, but hard to tell unless you can try before you buy.

Anyone got a Record Sabre 350 / 450 bandsaw or know the type and size of the slots ?

I have a Sabre 350, I'll measure the slot as soon as I'm properly dressed.

Have you tried Googling for the part numbers that you need? That'd be my first port of call.

    Bandsaw - £1-1.8k range

FWIW, I bought a Record Sabre 350 approx 3 years ago and very happy with it, apart from the fact that dust collection could be better. However, I understand that this complaint is common to many bandsaws. The good thing about Record is the guarantee, which was one reason that I went for that...

    Howdens

onlinekitchenstore.co.uk We've had two complete kitchens from this company and really can't fault either the quality or the service. Pricing seems reasonable and from their website, it seems that will do price matching as well.

Cordless power washer, anyone had one?

The Karcher one referred to is sold as a cordless mobile outdoor cleaner and not a pressure washer. My neighbour has one and uses it for washing down his bike after he's been mudplugging. It has nowhere near the output pressure of any pressure washer that I've encountered.

    3D printer location

Much depends on what materials that you're going to print with. PLA and the like doesn't need an enclosed printer, so would probably be fine in your garage. ABS and some other materials requires an enclosed and heated printer, so probably OK in the garage during summer months, but you may well...

Doesn't seem too bad to me, but it's always wise to get at least two quotes for any job.

Shed on a steep slope project - retaining wall question

Before you go too far with your plans for 600mm between boundary and shed wall, have a look at building regs as applied to sheds. IIRC, if the shed wall is made of flammable material, it must be at least 1m from the boundary.
