    What professional should I seek?

How big is this branch? There'll be a woodworker near you somewhere. If you are talking of 3 inches then I bet someone on here would slice it up for you and exchange by post

    What professional should I seek?

Anybody with a big enough band saw. They are all total plankers.

    Bevel angle for gouge

MDF wheel with Autosol or similar. Slow speed. The bevel on the flat, the inside on the rounded edge of the wheel. Or vice versa for in-cannel gouge. Spinning away from the edge as Tom says. It's very fast.

    mini pallet truck

Yes you are right. It's not that difficult to move on a flat surface as it has drop down rollers.

Problem with Silver line dovetail jig and Bosch advance trim router

Do it by hand and just use the router to pop out most of the waste.

    mini pallet truck

Access problem both ends. I'll have helpers and ropes, not to mention steel capped boots.

    mini pallet truck

I've already made one. Ply not steel, and 2 swivelling castors. It doesn't have the lifting mechanism though.

    mini pallet truck

Want to move my combi machine (360kg) up some scaffold boards in and out of my van and then around the workshop in the future as necessary. Looking at this on line Mini Pallet Truck (Capacity 500Kg) | Plastor Is this good enough or would you advise a better option?

    Containers. Planning permissions?

Am hoping that polythene bags/sheets will keep of the condensation

    Containers. Planning permissions?

Yes thanks, got it in mind. Flat packs are available ready-made made with SIP panels, just needing erecting. The DIY option is to construct a frame, add OSB and shiplap/feather edge outside, insulation between, some sort of board inside. Plus roof options. Is there a weather-proof OSB to go...

    Workshop floor? Keep it concrete?

I'll be doing the same after christmas. But chipboard. One trick I learned with concrete slabs is to have a squarish bit of broken slab under every corner joint so that the 4 sheets meeting there are self levelling and well supported. I'll do same here but with wood squares same thickness as...

    Containers. Planning permissions?

Still on the case. Moving one in seems impossible so am renting a 20 footer on a lorry park while I sort out a flat pack for the backyard. Rent £120 a month plus vat. Is that reasonable? seems OK to me.

    Making up the sellers kit

I put linseed on everything. Works well and saves having to think.

    Workshop floor? Keep it concrete?

Ordinary flooring chipboard is good. No finish is best as it stays very non slip. Big machines no prob but wide wheeled pallet truck would be good if you move them a lot.

Precision ground flat stones - UK supplier?

No point in ultra flat stones as they would start becoming less so as fast as you used them. If it's just for the usual then thin paper backed wet n dry, used very wet on plate glass or similar, is just the job. Made for it in fact. It sticks down very well once wet and you keep it flooded, but...

    Wholesale redwood

Try any timber supplier. Redwood (scots pine) is about the most common timber available and comes in a wide range of sizes from 4x1" up and varied lengths in multiples of 300mm from 3m ish to well over 5.1m. I used to buy from Snows but not sure if they still exist. Was £500 minimum order but...
