When I was apprenticed I was ask to cross cut 21peices of Walnut 22" long and I cut,well you can guess the rest.
I only got half pay that week,bosses were allowed to do that sort of thing back in the day but I learnt an important lesson
So if you bring the timber in for a month and dry it to 10% and take it back to the shop to work on presumably its going to start taking on moisture again so is it a case of take it in and out of the house while you work on it or how quickly does the timber change back to the higher level

How do you guys deal with making stuff in a winter workshop with winter levels of moisture and then taking the items you have made into a dry home environment only to find the piece twists,cups or bows.
I have just made a table with an 800mm wide solid top using 6 equal width...
Until there is population control and therefore less drain on the earths resources everything will continue to cost more and more at a faster and faster rate
