Hi all I am trying to fix my collet to my router I put the spring in first,then the inner part of the collet and then the nut, i press the locking mechanism and try to tighten but the thing keeps jumping out when I tighten ! any ideas before I launch it into the skip ?

I have been chasing a lump of cast iron for twelve months im beginning to think I will never find one . :(

Sorry guys but what do you mean by mechanical jointing ?

Looking to make a set of draws , but never used this stuff Before so any tips would be great .

Can anyone tell me what the limitations of this stuff is please from a furinture making point of view,i.e. jointing etc Never used it before. Mick
