    canadian leccy is slightly different from the usa type(cycles) which is why you have not had much troble with it, i know the us leccy copanies supply canada and visa versa but the canadian substations can and do easily convert the cycles rate!!!

    well done dewy, and other sfx memeber tell the guys and girls here that what they are doing is extremely dangerous.. as like dewy points out.. the voltage as well as the cycle rate is differnet.. not only will you kill off early your machinery you risk the fact that you may just kill your self...

    in my honest opinion it is the honed edge that you put upon your chisel that "makes" the tool what it is, as "bevel" edges will come and go depending upon your own choice of what you do and how you wish to use them.. and as for brand, well the better the steel , the longer the edge you have put...

    Feather fre cuts on mitre saw

    if you want feather free cuts, just back up your section of timber being cut with thin pieces of timber on the sides where the tear out occurs!! i.e: the fnece to timber side and base if the mitre saw has a wide "blade chaneel" simple !!! regards matt :lol:

    the super nova chuck is very definatly worth the vote... extremely well engineered, well balanced(very important) and the host of accessories is pretty damned good folks regards matt
