Would be cheaper if I didn't need to buy the hose also.... I like the colour too as it make less of a trip hazard. No excuse for not seeing it !

I don't prevent the baffle coming all the way out. This was something I didn't like about the shop bought ones when they got clogged down with sawdust. I designed it so I could remove the baffle for easy cleaning. Hasn't caused me any problems in use to date.

Like that a lot. Well presented. When I built my 100mm cyclone kit I had to do it alone and I used tape to hold the form of the cyclone while I was building it. Worked like a charm. Had to be strong gaffer tape though... Sam
