Just come across this on gumtree for anyone in the market for a festool kapex... and at a bargin price too.... ! i can't work out why it's being sold to cheap. if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is ! but if you're in Lancashire it could be worth a look...
I've always been told by retailers that they are prevented from discounting Festool products and even spoke to Trading Standards around it. However, there are two retailers that I know who do discount Festool. Powertool World discount by 10.5% off RRP, then an additional 4.5% for platinum club...
I don't prevent the baffle coming all the way out. This was something I didn't like about the shop bought ones when they got clogged down with sawdust. I designed it so I could remove the baffle for easy cleaning. Hasn't caused me any problems in use to date.

I'm planning to sell my Tormek 1206 sharpening system at some stage as listed below. It was a christmas gift 3 years ago and has had little use. Was purchased from Rutlands. The stone is worn by about 15mm and is now 185mm in diameter. It is true and square as I borrowed my friends Truing Tool...
Thanks Chems... Received mine yesterday. It was delivered earlier in the week but we were away. Nice of the courier (Yodel) to sling it over the fence and split the box open. No card left. Only found out when checking the web tracking and it said "Parcel Delivered CUSTOMER" so I went looking...
