    Fancied doing some turning after a long break and Found an off cut of a old yew branch in the wood box here is the finished item made mostly using a roughing gouge and sorby hollowing tool finish is 3 coats of sanding sealer and 2 coats of spray lacquer its about 170mm high and 140mm across the top

    Thanks for all the nice comments I wish I was 30 years younger too (60 now) All of the box was done the router but you still have to create the code in the first place It was made from a lid a base and a middle piece which was glued to the base All hand sanded an finished in lots of coats...
