Just finished this beast of a job (for me anyway) has taken best part of 4 months, damn day job. Very pleased with it. Kerf cutting the corner post and skirting was biggest challenge and the size of it was slightly tricky too, long pieces to mill down.

Hi, yes I can get toughened easy enough I just need it to this standard, last batch I got was just BS EN12150 which is too general.

Hi, can anyone recommend glass suppliers in the Midlands (or who would deliver) who can make glass in accordance with BS EN14749. The glass will be used in kitchen cabinets (the doors and shelves). Thank you. Kevin

Thank you. I will be using tulip Wood and have bought a ball nosed router bit for the table router so that and the kerf calculator I will give it a go.

I'm making a cabinet dresser much like this in mdf carcasses and tulip face frames and doors. Like the photo below how should I go about doing the posts and skirting, I don't have a spindle moulder. Thanks

Use beech with thickness of 12mm. You will need a central rail running head to foot as well with a large bed.

Do these screens give up to date stock info? The old way you used to get to the till to find out half your list is next day only.
