Hi, Can someone identify this tool please? Sorry the picture is fuzzy, I took the picture from my television and blew it up a bit. The tools were in a wall board in an upholsterer's workshop. The yellow dots are actually a chain with a wooden peg on the end.

Indeed they are 😀 I actually bought mine from the US as the price was about 35% less than in the UK however I was hit with import tax and ended up paying roughly the same as UK prices. Also Traxxas UK will not honour any warranty claims.

I would also recommend Traxxas. I have the e-Maxx Monster truck. It has to be 10 years + old by now and still works perfectly. It's old enough to still have dual brushed motors but it will do 30 + mph and the thing is built like a tank. Spares are still available. However Traxxas are not cheap...

I don't think it is bent, my guess would be that it was not machined correctly in the first place but until you take it apart and check the centres etc.....
