    I really don't like the common fencing panels - they're too thin and don't last long. I bought some feather edge panels from a fencing contractor.     Mitre saw help!

    Thanks everyone. I took it apart yesterday and took a non-contact voltage pen (I don't have a multimeter) to the wires to check there was power. There looked to be power circulating to everywhere I tested. The clicking noise I referred to looked to be coming from the relay in the control box...
