    The chess board commission

Thanks for the offer Shaun but I’ll pass if you don’t mind. I don’t particularly like doing them to be honest and I have a few other projects on the go keeping me more than busy. Appreciate the thought though thanks

    The chess board commission

I was recently asked by very good friends to make them a family chess board. I may have gone over the top a little as they gave me complete design freedom. However, I hope they like it and it lasts many generations. By the way, the timber is panga panga, maple and paduak.

    New console table in walnut

Hi Tibi apologies for the late reply. Cabinetman is spot on with his description of how it was done. However as a worker of wood it didn’t go exactly to plan 😆 I made a simple mistake. New console table in walnut

    New console table in walnut

Thanks Gordon . I’m looking forward to what the saw can do. I’m just setting up my dust collection around my new space with blast gates etc for each piece of kit. Hope it will do the job. Appreciate your feedback.

Hi all I’m very lucky to be being bought a Record Sabre 350 bandsaw for an upcoming birthday. Over excited. My question is about the blades.
