Like you Byronblack i have the Triton MOF router and all i can say is "What a machine"
But unlike you I got mine at the Triton stand at the last D+M tool show. It was a good price and they even gave me a outfeed stand thing free as well

There are 4 things that i look for in a router bit company and thats-
1)Quality
2)Price
3)Availability
4)Good delivery time
And i find Wealden to be the best so far at all 4 of the above.
Their customer service is not bad either.
I have the same make biscuit jointer and i used the same technique you used and it worked for me. But the best thing i did was changed the blade. The old blade was rubbish and the quality of the cut reflected that.
Thanks

I agree with Lord Nibbo that squirting a little oil in the gun when you go to use it. I have three air nailers and this method seems to work ok. No jams yet. Its also worth noting that a couple drops of oil on the firing pin wont hurt either
Thanks for your replies folks
